Coming in initially I had chronic nagging pain in my lower right back.   I tried to stretch and strengthen my back at home on my own with methods I’d researched online.  The first day after being evaluated I learned that my “home regimen” was actually making my back worse and was told to stop.  I was given a new “appropriate” exercise/stretch routine which immediately improved my pain.  Also a big part of healing was learning how your mind can help or hinder recovery.  It was extremely beneficial to learn and read more about this connection.  I am mostly pain free bending and sitting on the ground were difficult but no more.
