Dr. Spencer D. McCombs, MSPT, DPT, OCS, MTC

Spencer is the owner of McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy. He has been in practice since 2004. He completed his post-graduate Doctoral studies with the Institute of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2008. He completed his Master’s degree at Texas Woman’s University in 2004. Spencer graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2002. Spencer is board-certified through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Orthopedics. He is also a certified Manual Therapist through the University of St. Augustine. Spencer specializes in curing chronic pain, mind body therapy, spine and extremity mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation, and onsite job analysis. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and serving in his church and community.

Clarice has been working for McCombs and Associates since 2018 and is the site coordinator of the Levelland clinic. She grew up in southern California and moved to Lubbock in 2013. In 2018 she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Outside of work, Clarice enjoys baking pies and bread, spending time with family and friends, and watching wild foxes play in her back yard. She lives in Lubbock with her husband, Cole.

Dr. Hannah English Rodriguez, PT, DPT
Hannah started as a student at Levelland Physical Therapy and McCombs and Associates in 2022 and then started working full-time in 2023 after graduating. She is originally from Austin, Texas, where she graduated from the University of St. Augustine with her doctorate in physical therapy. Her husband is getting his Ph.D. from Texas Tech, and they live together in Lubbock with their cat, Teddy. Hannah loves spending time with her family, especially her three nieces, and teaching Tae Kwon Do classes when she visits Austin.

Dr. Nicole Ochotnicki, PT, DPT

I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea but I moved to the U.S. when I was ten years old. I graduated cum laude from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree. After serving two years of military service for the South Korean Army as a translator to the U.S. Army, I pursued my physical therapy education at Texas Woman’s University. I graduated from TWU in 2024 with the Most Distinguished Student Award from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. My goal is to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. I am honored to join my colleagues and treat patients at McCombs and Associates. During my free time, I like hiking and playing badminton with my wonderful wife, Grace, who is a law student at Texas Tech.
Dr. Dallin Grover, PT, DPT
Dallin grew up in Cedar City, Utah and attended Southern Utah University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Dallin met his wife while at Southern Utah University and they have two sons. Dallin and his family moved to Lubbock in 2021 and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2024. Dallin works at both the Lubbock and Levelland locations. Dallin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, serving in different capacities at church, being outdoors, participating in and watching sports, and cheering for Texas Tech.

Perla Soto, PTA
Perla was born in Pampa and raised in Perryton, TX. She moved to Lubbock January 2022 and started as a student spring 2023 at Levelland Physical Therapy and McCombs and Associates then shortly after started working full-time after graduating from South Plains College. Perla enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, making seasonal crafts, dancing Zumba, and going on walks.
Aubrey Harrison, PT, DPT
Aubrey grew up in Conroe, Tx. She went to the University of Arkansas at Monticello to play Collegiate Volleyball in 2014-2017. She received her bachelor’s in Exercise Science at UAM in 2018 and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2022. She lives in Lubbock with her husband, Chase, their 2 dogs, Cash and Archie, and their cat, Riggs. Aubrey loves to spend time with her family and pets, playing volleyball and pickleball, and cheering on the Red Raiders and Astros!
Elisabeth Davenport, PTA
Elisabeth grew up in Roby Texas and attended Angelo State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science. She moved to Lubbock and started school at South Plains College in the Physical Therapy Assistant program because she wanted to help a larger community of people. Now that she is graduated she likes to spend her time spoiling her two fur babies and crocheting while binging her family’s newest show obsession.

Belinda “Bella” Martinez, PTA
Bella and her family currently live in Sundown, TX. She graduated from Angelo State University with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. In 2023, she graduated from South Plains College with her Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and immediately came to work for Levelland Physical Therapy. Bella is married to her wonderful husband Michael, and they have 2 beautiful children. She is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabees where she made history being among the first women ever allowed in combat battalions. Throughout her life, Bella has had the privilege of traveling all over the world, caring for her grandmother until her passing, and is now living out her dream of helping people get back to life through physical therapy.
Kim Parkinson, PTA
Kim grew up in Lubbock, Texas. She attended South Plains College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program, graduating in May 2024. While attending SPC, Kim did a clinical rotation at McCombs and Associates and knew this is where she wanted to be. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching movies, and browsing antique stores.

Sandy Smith, Front Office

Sandy grew up in O’Donnell TX. After getting married in 1986, she and her husband spent 15 years in California raising their three kids. She did church ministry before coming home to Texas and settling down in Levelland. She is now the office manager for Levelland Physical Therapy. She has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. She enjoys interacting with people and taking care of their needs. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing and watching football. Her greatest passion in life is serving the church alongside her husband of 32 years.

Aliza Jaime, Front Office
Aliza grew up in Levelland after graduating high school from Whiteface high school she attended South Plains College where she obtained a degree in Associates of Science in Pre-Occupational Therapy May 2020. After graduating from South Plains College, she attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology December 2022. She began working for Levelland Physical Therapy in 2021 as a PT Tech and now she works in the front office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend PJ, and her fur babies as well as doing various crafts and trying new recipes.
