Dr. Spencer D. McCombs, MSPT, DPT, OCS, MTC
Spencer is the owner of McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy. He has been in practice since 2004. He completed his post-graduate Doctoral studies with the Institute of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2008. He completed his Master’s degree at Texas Woman’s University in 2004. Spencer graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2002. Spencer is board-certified through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Orthopedics. He is also a certified Manual Therapist through the University of St. Augustine. Spencer specializes in curing chronic pain, mind body therapy, spine and extremity mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation, and onsite job analysis. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and serving in his church and community.
Dr. Clarice Long, PT, DPT, FDNP

Clarice has been working for McCombs and Associates since 2018, and is the site coordinator of the Levelland clinic. She grew up in southern California, and moved to Lubbock in 2013. In 2018 she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Outside of work, Clarice enjoys baking pies and bread, spending time with family and friends, and watching wild foxes play in her back yard. She lives in Lubbock with her husband, Cole.
Dr. George Stewart, PT, DPT

George has been working for McCombs and Associates since May 2019. He grew up in Utah, and moved to Lubbock in 2016 to pursue his physical therapy degree at Texas Tech. In 2019 he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, outdoor recreation, playing sports, reading, video games, and woodworking. He lives in Lubbock with his wife, Kiley and two sons.
Dr. Kayla Powell, PT, DPT
Kayla began working for Levelland Physical Therapy after graduating from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020. She grew up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and received her Bachelor’s degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Kayla’s interest in physical therapy began after dealing with back pain in high school, and she decided she wanted to help other people feel better too. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with her husband, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Stars.
Mackenzie Bynum, PTA
Mackenzie started as a student with Levelland Physical Therapy in the spring of 2016. After graduating from South Plains College Physical Therapist Assistant Program that spring she accepted a full time position. Her passion and enthusiasm for this field began in high school after seeing the impact physical therapy had on several fellow students. Mackenzie loves helping people and states “I get so much joy seeing patient’s progress or hearing them tell me they are able to do certain things better”. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, live music, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Christina Roady, PTA
Christina grew up on a ranch in Meeker, Colorado. She moved to Farmington, New Mexico where she attended San Juan College for PTA school. She graduated in May 2018 and shortly thereafter moved to Lubbock. Christi has always been an advocate for health, fitness, and wellness. She’s worked in the personal training industry for 20 years. Now working in physical therapy, Christi hopes to continue to change people’s lives. For leisure, she loves spending time with her two children and family. She enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and riding horses.
Diana Davis, PTA
Diana grew up in a small town in Northern California. She moved to Lubbock in January, 2019. She graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho’s PTA program in December 2018. Diana loves to travel. Along with California, Texas, and Idaho, she has also lived in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Kentucky and spent a semester in Mexico teaching English to children. She enjoys spending time outside with her husband, hiking, kayaking, and playing soccer.
Sandy Smith, Front Office
Sandy grew up in O’Donnell TX. After getting married in 1986, she and her husband spent 15 years in California raising their three kids. She did church ministry before coming home to Texas and settling down in Levelland. She is now the office manager for Levelland Physical Therapy. She has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. She enjoys interacting with people and taking care of their needs. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing and watching football. Her greatest passion in life is serving the church along side her husband of 32 years.
Stephanie Fletcher, Front Office
Stephanie moved to Lubbock in 2012 from Eagle Pass, Texas. She attended Texas Tech University and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science. She started working in Levelland Physical Therapy in 2019. In her spare time, she likes to spend time outdoors cooking out with family and friends. She also likes decorating and crafting.
