Dr. Spencer D. McCombs, MSPT, DPT, OCS, MTC
Spencer is the owner of McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy. He has been in practice since 2004. He completed his post-graduate Doctoral studies with the Institute of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2008. He completed his Master’s degree at Texas Woman’s University in 2004. Spencer graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2002. Spencer is board-certified through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Orthopedics. He is also a certified Manual Therapist through the University of St. Augustine. Spencer specializes in curing chronic pain, mind body therapy, spine and extremity mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation, and onsite job analysis. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and serving in his church and community.
Dr. Paul Clark, PT, DPT, FDNP

Dr. Paul Clark has been working for McCombs and Associates since 2014. Paul grew up in a small town in Utah, it was here that he fell in love with athletics and developed a passion for the human body. In 2011 he graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Therapy. He continued his education in New Hampshire, finishing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Feb 2014. Paul is the site coordinator of the Levelland clinic. Outside of the clinic Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and five young children, camping, and watching college football.
Dr. Clarice Long, PT, DPT
Clarice grew up in San Jacinto, California, and moved to Lubbock in 2013. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2015 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Clarice met her husband, Cole, through mutual friends at LCU, and they married in December 2016. She pursued her DPT at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in Lubbock in 2018. After graduation, she accepted a position as Physical Therapist with our company, and treats patients at both the Lubbock and Levelland clinics. She enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients. Outside of work, Clarice enjoys baking pies and bread, spending time with family and friends, reading, making smores over a fire, and watching wild foxes play in her back yard.
Mackenzie Bynum, PTA
Mackenzie started as a student with Levelland Physical Therapy in the spring of 2016. After graduating from South Plains College Physical Therapist Assistant Program that spring she accepted a full time position. Her passion and enthusiasm for this field began in high school after seeing the impact physical therapy had on several fellow students. Mackenzie loves helping people and states “I get so much joy seeing patient’s progress or hearing them tell me they are able to do certain things better”. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, live music, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Sandy Smith, Front Office
Sandy grew up in O’Donnell TX. After getting married in 1986, she and her husband spent 15 years in California raising their three kids. She did church ministry before coming home to Texas and settling down in Levelland. She is now the office manager for Levelland Physical Therapy. She has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. She enjoys interacting with people and taking care of their needs. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family camping, fishing and watching football. Her greatest passion in life is serving the church a long side her husband of 32 years.
Kim Mendez, Front Office & Tech
Kim started working for Levelland Physical Therapy in October 2016, She is married with four kids. In her free time she stays busy with her kids and sports! (softball, football, soccer & basketball) She loves spending time with her family!
